Enabling
Project Success (EPS)
The Need
Industry reports suggest that internal
projects are not delivering anticipated benefits. In
many cases the rate of failure of change projects is
over 60%. Much of this failure is due to a lack of
project management and change management skill and
experience within project teams. (Source Mick Cope -

JustOne has been successful in enabling companies
to deliver successful projects with sustainable
benefits. We offer a lean consultancy approach using
just one experienced consultant to help to set-up a
project, train the team in project management,
change management and leadership skills and support
the team through the project lifecycle.
Enabling Project Success
EPS is designed to improve the performance of
internal projects of top 2000 global companies and
large government organisations. The offer is
“project specific” with JustOne becoming involved
