David has over 35 years industry and consulting experience in the engineering, manufacturing, retail and utilities sectors. His areas of specialisation include programme and project management, process improvement, change management, training and coaching.
He was formerly a Principal and the Global Practice Leader for the Procurement and Payables practice for The REL Consultancy Group, leading many challenging and complex working capital and procurement projects worldwide.
His past experience includes senior consulting roles with Anderson Consultants, CapGemini and Ernst & Young. He has BSc in Civil Engineering and MSc in Water Engineering from London City University and is an Alumni of the London Business School.
Nick has over 30 years experience in sales and marketing, 20 of which have been spent in consulting, including lengthy periods with The REL Consultancy Group and Pricewaterhouse Coopers, specialising in working capital management.
Earlier in his career he held a number of senior management roles within the retail and financial services sectors. He has successfully completed many qualifications and courses within his areas of specialisation, during his career.
Nick has over 30 years experience in the engineering, financial services, manufacturing, retail and technology sectors. His areas of specialisation include supply chain, operations and logistics, working capital management, cost reduction and customer service.
His previous experience includes numerous roles in senior management in both industry and running his own consulting firm. He has a BSc in Management, Engineering and Economics from Cardiff University and an MBA from Cranfield University.

They are all people who we know well and have worked closely with for many years and whose skills and competence as project directors are proven.
